The entertainment center is great, however Felix who was sent from Anji's was not very nice. He was installing the shelves and I could see that he didn't have the finished edges facing outward, he was putting the shelves in backwards! I checked the manual to see if I was incorrect and it was very plain that the installer was putting the shelves in backwards! We argued over this well over 5 minutes and I even showed him the diagram of how the shelves should be and basically he told me I didn't know what I was talking about! I finally told him that I didn't care how he wanted to install the shelves, I wanted them facing to the front! He questioned me again and I said, "Just do it!" Felix wasn't happy, but finally installed it the way I wanted. He left in a hurry and I asked if he was going to clean up and he said, "No"! He left the room in a complete mess, styrofoam everywhere and multiple boxes everywhere too! Everything was great EXCEPT the installer that Anji's sent!!!!!!!!!!!!! Overall, this is a nice fireplace and I’m happy with how it looks in my space. The design is clean, minimal, and exactly the aesthetic I was hoping for. Unfortunately, the assembly process was frustrating. One of the panels was mislabeled, so I had to spend extra time figuring out where each piece belonged. On top of that, one of the screw holes was manufactured incorrectly, which meant I couldn’t install a screw properly because it simply didn’t fit. I could have returned it, but this was already a replacement shipment after my original order was lost in transit. At that point, I didn’t want to go through another lengthy return process. While the finished product looks great, I don’t feel the quality control matches the price point. For the amount I paid, I don’t think there should be issues with mislabeled parts or improperly drilled screw holes.
