This sofa exceeded all expectations and I'm very pleased with it. It appears to be well-constructed and solid. The cushions are full and spring back into shape after you stand up. I was worried that the tufted seams and buttons would be cheaply done, but there seems to be a lot of integrity with how it's made. We really love the chairs. However, the online order process did not go well. I wanted 2 identical chairs, but my order for 2 was compromised due to system issues. My 2 chairs with Allstate protection coverage was processed as 1 chair. When I reordered 2nd chair I lost the Allstate protection and in my rush ordered identical chair but 2nd had shorter legs with slightly different design and different stain! We just recd our sectional yeaterday (earlier than expected -awesome). It was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. We needed a specific size for a small area and this fits perfectly. We chose the color ‘Nomad Ink’ and its soft almost like a chenille. The cushions are THICK and slightly firm - I don't think we've owned a couch so comfortable right out of the box. The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts.
