We’re happy with the Alberto Single Bathroom Vanity by Birch Lane! So glad I got this color instead of the darker version. I assumed it was very light from the product images but it’s actually the perfect neutral tone. We plan to put it in our new house build so for now I took the drawer to use for color matching but if anyone was curious on the true color. I have provided photos for reference. My son and I installed this vanity. It is very good quality. We saw a review that indicated it was not quality and we don't understand. It has solid wood drawers with dove tailed joints, and very smooth closers. The cabinet frame is solid. The shipping package we very well made and very protective. Here's what could be improved. Better dimensional information on the website, such as a link to a document that provides dimensions of openings for water and drainage so the installer can arrange the plumbing in the wall in a way that fits the vanity opening. Because we didn't have dimensions, we had to cut the cabinet to allow the water shutoffs and drain pipes to pass through the back of the vanity. You would think shipping would be easy to track the closer the date came to the projected arrival date. No, in fact, our first email and tracking showed the date around 5/5, then later it showed April 22, 2023. After this it was never updated so we called and 3 times we were promised a call back with an update, but didn't get it and we told customer service to make sure it didn't get shipped on 5/9 because we would not be able to meet the delivery at the house. They promised to push it out to the 15th, and then we got notice it would be on 5/9. We had to get someone to go to our home to let them in. Two things that prevented a 5 star rating. Our need to modify the vanity with saw cutting, and the delivery tracking was not accurate and got worse as time went on as well as no one followed up with us as promised. Absolutely love this vanity. I was worried the wood was going to look yellow based off the pictures, but it’s beautiful. The packaging is insane and took me a while to get into, but it’s heavy and needed to be packaged well to ensure no damage. It’s really heavy, so be prepared. We just finished my son’s bathroom and I’ve got so many compliments on this piece. My only wish is that it came with a side pice to match the back splash, but we found a decent match for it.
