I love Birch Lane. I love these Lenox dishes. (It is my second set.) I’m always very satisfied with my orders from BL. BUT… I received a notification that the dishes had been delivered. So I opened the email to see my box sitting on a vehicle (My mother’s SUV was sitting in my front yard, and the photo showed the dishes sitting on top of her hood). Like why? You can’t deliver the box 5 more yards to my front porch???? Fed-Ex is the worst. No concern for deliveries.. Jessica. Sat Jun 27 2026

I just received my dishes so haven't used them yet, but I love their look and they seem to be what I've been looking for. I would have ordered them 2 months ago but was waiting for an answer from Birch Lane regarding inconsistencies in your on-line descriptions. The Overview says 12 pc with Dinner Plates, Soup Bowls and Cereal Bowls: The Features says 12 pc with 4 bowls, 8 dinners and 4 salads, which is also what your customer representative said. She (I won't throw her under the bus) said she would reach out to the manufacturer to confirm what an order included and email me back. In the interim I looked for other sets but continued to prefer your Pfaltzgraff set. After no response from your company, I decided to go ahead and order 2 sets, hoping they included 4 dinner plates, 4 salad plates and 4 bowls. Fortunately, that is what arrived! I would suggest that you correct your website with the accurate items included in a Dinnerware Set. Now to start using the dishes!!. Deborah. Stone Mountain, GA. Mon May 25 2026

Love this set so much! Quality and details shine. Just what I was looking for to add to our kitchen. Only downside is the bottom of the plates and bowls are not smoothed out, so they scrape each other when stacking a little because they’re rough. Not a big deal just have to be more careful with them.. Stephanie. Atoka, TN. Sun Sep 20 2026

Treat your kitchen table like a canvas and decorate it with artistic and beautifully designed dinnerware. The Jura dinnerware set delivers a brilliant color pattern that flows into an elegant, speckled interior.

Great beautiful set. One pasta bowl came broken but I honestly expected it considering how fragile dinnerware is. I submitted the issue and was assured a free replacement will be sent out. Only issue with set is the size of the bowls. Needs to be bigger. I couldnt imagine using it as a cereal bowl. More like a side salad bowl.. Brandi. Independence, MO. Wed Jul 29 2026
