The Lana Chest is a beautiful piece of furniture. It's the perfect size, and it is versatile in ways it can be used. It is solid and sturdy, the blue is gorgeous, and the door pulls are the perfect accent. It could be used in an entrance way, a bedroom, a living room, dining room or family room. This dresser is a good quality in terms of the material, finish, weight and hardware. The grass cloth finish on the drawer fronts is fine if you like that style. I wish they had the wood-grain drawer fronts so that it matched perfectly with my six drawer dresser. The collar and hardware is identical though so it works. Again one would expect at this price point to have soft-close drawers. You need to give these drawers a good push into place so that they are flush with the others.. Good drawer space. The piece ordered was a first for me, in that I ordered without having had hands on it in a physical store. Quality is the key concern. However, the ability to return was what provided enough comfort to try. The console table was exactly what I was looking for, the color in the pictures were accurate when compared to the table when it arrived. The build quality is also consistent with the pricing - no cheap hardware or particle board. Some car will be needed in maintaining the top, but I'll be following the instructions - and there will be no food or drinks on it anyway. This is a very well made piece. I was nervous about buying the bleached birch color as I didn’t see any review photos of it, but it’s lovely. Reminiscent of antique pine. No shiny finish. It’s excellent. It doesn’t look its best with my current wall color in photo, but don’t worry - I’m painting soon!
