I like the look and comfort of the chairs. It was definitely easy to assemble with the limited number of pieces. The reason for three stars is my concern about the quality of wood and the potential longevity of use. One side of a chair has a divot on the armrest.and the wood has split. Hopefully, I can have this replaced as it is in a high touch place of the chair and it is already splintering. Update I am pleased with customer service’s response.. Lesley. Caldwell, NJ. Style tip: Try adding in a few bold toss pillows to make it your own, then lounge the day away.

I can’t say enough about this that it is absolutely beautiful. Haven’t had it long enough to determine how it will hold up in the elements. I will say that the cushions on the sofa or for that matter on all three pieces are very firm and nice but the pillows. For your back are not sufficient. I had to buy additional pillows to replace them.. Karen. Dardenne Prairie, MO. Sun Apr 12 2026
