I just received my dishes so haven't used them yet, but I love their look and they seem to be what I've been looking for. I would have ordered them 2 months ago but was waiting for an answer from Birch Lane regarding inconsistencies in your on-line descriptions. The Overview says 12 pc with Dinner Plates, Soup Bowls and Cereal Bowls: The Features says 12 pc with 4 bowls, 8 dinners and 4 salads, which is also what your customer representative said. She (I won't throw her under the bus) said she would reach out to the manufacturer to confirm what an order included and email me back. In the interim I looked for other sets but continued to prefer your Pfaltzgraff set. After no response from your company, I decided to go ahead and order 2 sets, hoping they included 4 dinner plates, 4 salad plates and 4 bowls. Fortunately, that is what arrived! I would suggest that you correct your website with the accurate items included in a Dinnerware Set. Now to start using the dishes!!. Deborah. Stone Mountain, GA. Mon May 25 2026

This 16-piece dinnerware set was designed with basic intentions: Create high-quality dishes that you will simply love looking at. We believe the kitchen is the most important part of every home. With that in mind, we wanted to create a set that will add a pop of beauty to your cabinets and dining tables. The lipped rim on each plate is not only aesthetically pleasing but also allows the dishes to stack gently on top of each other to conserve space in your cabinets. Enjoy an oversized 16 oz mug for the long days when one cup just isn't enough! With a diverse range featured in this line, there are plenty of opportunities to mix and match on your dining table. By paying close attention to our loyal customer's requests, we feel we have designed the ideal dinnerware set for today's consumers.

The plates and bowls seem to be good quality so far. The handles on the coffee mugs barely allow my fingers through, so the backs of my fingers are pressed up against the hot mug. My fingers are pretty thin, so a person with larger/thicker fingers would not be able to use these very well.. Chris. Virginia. Sun Feb 02 2025

The clear and bright reflective glaze perfectly presents the threaded lines on the surface of the tableware, and the edging decoration on the feet adds a retro charm to the overall design, giving the tableware a unique artistic atmosphere of modern retro.

Great beautiful set. One pasta bowl came broken but I honestly expected it considering how fragile dinnerware is. I submitted the issue and was assured a free replacement will be sent out. Only issue with set is the size of the bowls. Needs to be bigger. I couldnt imagine using it as a cereal bowl. More like a side salad bowl.. Brandi. Independence, MO. Wed Jul 29 2026

Love this set so much! Quality and details shine. Just what I was looking for to add to our kitchen. Only downside is the bottom of the plates and bowls are not smoothed out, so they scrape each other when stacking a little because they’re rough.
