I purchased two chairs for my living room about 2 years ago. I'm so impressed with how well they have held up despite being a pet household. The furniture is very durable and made very well. I keep a lot of throw blankets available and, despite high traffic of kitties and humans, the cushions have stayed very firm and any stains can be blotted up easily. We like the chair. Its very comfortable at a very good price and exactly what we expected from the description on the website. However, we have to give it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the delivery service. We could not get a response to messages we left on the phone number they provided, and they mounted the back legs incorrectly even though the diagram on the printed instruction sheet clearly shows that the way the back legs were installed is incorrect. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice the problem until after they left. Most likely, someone else will get a different delivery service wherever they live and wont have the same problem.. David.
