This sofa exceeded all expectations and I'm very pleased with it. It appears to be well-constructed and solid. The cushions are full and spring back into shape after you stand up. I was worried that the tufted seams and buttons would be cheaply done, but there seems to be a lot of integrity with how it's made. We just recd our sectional yeaterday (earlier than expected -awesome). It was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. We needed a specific size for a small area and this fits perfectly. We chose the color ‘Nomad Ink’ and its soft almost like a chenille. The cushions are THICK and slightly firm - I don't think we've owned a couch so comfortable right out of the box. The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts. The bed arrived ahead of schedule and I really like the shade of white and the overall look. The assembly, which we did ourselves was tricky…and my husband is very handy. The hardware was tough to align (it took us an hour or more to get the left side board to latch in correctly to the headboard), the pre-drilled holes on the feet did not match the diagram and the screws that were supplied for securing the wood slats were so long they would have dangerously protruded underneath the bed (we switched those). This couch is massive and well-built. I would have loved to stage it in my remodeled basement but it’s not quite completed. Linen fabric is slightly off-white. More white than cream. Extremely solid and heavy. The ottoman is huge! Stitching is professional. Slipcover-style… looks like it will come off if I need to spot clean. Cushions have a nice loft, not hard but not soft enough to leave a seat print. Super deep seats, enough depth to spoon your partner in a bent- knee position. It’s incredibly comfortable. Very long. This couch is the bomb! It's so comfortable.....and it looks great. Tailored without being stuffy/sterile (like the living room furniture you were not allowed to sit on as a kid). It was a little tricky to connect the pieces - metal connectors have to be rotated to connect - and while we bought it for the "option" to rearrange the pieces.....yeah probably will never disconnect to move them around.
