I love my sofa. I give it 4 only because I have a huge problem with the fabric on one arm. The delivery man said just call and they will send a new one. After hours on hold they said there was nothing they could do. I was waiting to see if the fabric would straighten itself out. I waited 5 days and Apparently that’s too long. Very happy with this sofa today on delivery day. The delivery person had a difficult time getting the cushions zipped on, so hopefully I dont need to remove them. The color is lighter than I expected from the images on Wayfair, but I still like the color. The seat cushion looks like it needs to be broken in a bit.
