The dressers are beautiful and very well made. I am chiming in, because our delivery people originally refused to place them in the correct room also. It was up one flight of stairs, but directly at the top--nothing insane. It wasn't until my husband pointed out that the box had "white glove delivery" printed on it that they acquiesced and placed them in the correct room. Looks really pretty but the top piece came damaged. Fortunately customer service was good about getting a replacement part but still some extra time and hassle. Building it was doable but definitely took some time and effort. As for the drawers being loud it’s true, but some of it was builder error, when my husband helped me make sure the parts were leveled up better the drawers ran a lot smoother and quieter! I loved this dresser when I saw it. The first time it was delivered it came totally assembled and completely damaged. I was told I had to keep it or give it away but they sent me a second one. I received the second and it was shipped using a different company this time and they did so much better! The guys that delivered it even helped me up the stairs with it! I am so happy with it. I would say it’s built pretty well and looks great! I’ll have to list the other damaged one for free and hope someone will haul it out of here. This is a great piece of furniture. Well made and heavy construction. I was looking for something of high quality that needed no assembly and I’m glad I chose to buy this product. I would definitely recommend this. The drawers work perfectly and are very deep and spacious. The finish is more brown than cherry but it does have a slightly reddish hue. Not much though. I was nervous because I was piecing together the bedroom set with the remmy standard bed and the rosy night stands. I do regret not buying the matching night stands but only because the handles are different but other than that the finish is almost the same and looks great.
