Purchased the Imbali Office Chair for my Mother. It's small with a narrow seat - perfect for her but most people might find it to be too snug. Comfortable support, low back, easy height adjustment of the chair. The swivel casters didn't roll as smoothly as they should; possibly need to be broken in over a period of time.. Susan. PA. The chair is beautiful and well packaged. I love the way it looks in my office; however, I thought the seat would be thicker/better padded. I'm thin person, but it feels as if I'm sinking onto a hard surface when I sit in the chair as if I were heavier. I've had the chair for only 7 days and I've had to buy a seat cushion due to the thin padding. I hoped to not have to do that. The stitching in most areas looks great, but in other areas, it looks questionable/already frayed. Time will tell.. Christina. Burlington, CT. Sat Oct 11 2025
