We would have preferred having some cushion color options. Delivery company (a sub) lost a sofa on the way. It arrived within 2 days of purchase. The assembly instructions were fairly easy to understand. Tip- to be successful, you will need a power drill to put attach the bed slats to the frame. Assembly mentions a screwdriver but honestly it will take you days if you did that. We bought an 8 inch thick mattress for the trundle and a 10 inch for the top. Both fit perfectly.
