We purchased the white quarz countertop. It is exactly what we were looking for. Quality wood and countertop, looks more expensive than it was, and it is SOLID (400 lbs per the delivery team). It also has a huge amount of storage--no wasted space. We did not need any seating area and appreciated that this island utilized the underneath space for storage instead. Our delivery team was excellent as well, item actually arrived fully assembled and they delivered it with care. Highly recommend!. Heidi. Fort Worth, TX. Wed Jul 29 2026

Light Wash Mango

Uniquely carved mango wood is finished in a highlighting texture and craftsmanship, while a slim iron base adds an airy, cage-like look to contemporary bar storage. Inside, spacious open shelving and wine glass holders await.

The cabinet is lovely and quite solid. The wood is nice and the detail on the doors is quite nice. One of the doors was crooked upon arrival and needed tweaking at the hinges. The notch for one of the pulls is not quite level which makes the pull slightly crooked but not so much that I will return the product.. Amy. Middletown, RI. Thu Jul 24 2025

Designed with an oak cradle frame that holds the tabletop above with exposed joint details on the shelf and legs below for a benchmade look and feel. Crafted from oak with iron accents.

It’s a substantial piece of furniture. I like the color and I like the dimensions. I wish that it had come in one piece and not had to be put together, but I’m sure it was too big to ship. My only other qualm is the drawers… They’re not soft close and you have to push them in and then give them another hard push to get them to close completely. Although is labeled a kitchen island, I use it as a buffet. Sam K. Gilbert, SC. Wed May 13 2026

Behind the four doors, a hidden drawer and shelves offer plenty of room to keep extra dishes and seasonal essentials neatly tucked out of sight. This sideboard is beautiful. Wood grain with a silverware drawer liner inside, nice hardware, and shelves to store your things. I love the height-hard to find in a sideboard and the soft curved edges. It's very pretty and I like how it looks in our dining room. HOWEVER, the delivery process has been a nightmare. The original delivery date was delayed from the initial 10 days to 28 days. Reason was it was damaged in transit. Then when it was finally delivered, white glove, the hardware was missing for the lower shelf. Customer service was called-shockingly, there was no expedited process given the hardware was missing and we have been waiting a month for the piece.. Naturally, it took another week before the hardware shipped and then it was a full 2 weeks before it finally arrived. AND IT ARRIVED TODAY BUT IS THE WRONG HARDWARE! How can this be so hard? When I asked for a credit for the inconvenience, I was told no. Sorry for you! I wouldn't order from Birch Lane again unless you want your furniture in a few months. Logistics are not their thing, clearly.. Andrea Vinson. California. Wed Sep 02 2026

This is a beautiful piece of furniture!! The pictures do not do it justice. It is a solid wood piece, very heavy and well made. The only small downside, it took my husband 3 hours to put it together, but it was worth it. Kim. Waterford, NY. Mon Jun 03 2024

Two long metal bar pulls add a finishing touch to the piece. Bonus: A wall anchor is included and recommended for extra stability.

I am very happy with my purchase. The display stand is perfect as a wine/liquor cabinet because the shelves are solid and offer enough height for bottles. I ordered in-house delivery and the item was packaged very well. It was a very large box but the item arrived fully assembled minus the hardware for the doors which was easy to install. I also purchased the Kinston 42” dining room table to match.. Celia. Carthage, NC. Thu Apr 10 2025

A home – and hosting – essential. Our solid-oakwood sideboard honors classic English wine cupboards with warm wood tones and brass hardware, while vertical panel doors add a modern twist. Inside, bottle storage, stemware racks, and adjustable shelves keep bar and dinnerware essentials organized. Perfect for small spaces.

Nice finish and good interior structure for bar items. Not 5 stars just because the right door is sitting slightly lower than the left door, but may try to tighten it to align.. Christine. New York, NY. Thu Oct 01 2026
