The entertainment center is great, however Felix who was sent from Anji's was not very nice. He was installing the shelves and I could see that he didn't have the finished edges facing outward, he was putting the shelves in backwards! I checked the manual to see if I was incorrect and it was very plain that the installer was putting the shelves in backwards! We argued over this well over 5 minutes and I even showed him the diagram of how the shelves should be and basically he told me I didn't know what I was talking about! I finally told him that I didn't care how he wanted to install the shelves, I wanted them facing to the front! He questioned me again and I said, "Just do it!" Felix wasn't happy, but finally installed it the way I wanted. He left in a hurry and I asked if he was going to clean up and he said, "No"! He left the room in a complete mess, styrofoam everywhere and multiple boxes everywhere too! Everything was great EXCEPT the installer that Anji's sent!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry I don't have any photos to share. I didn't think about taking any photos, I was just focused on cleaning up from the mess that Felix left, before my husband came home.. Anonymous. Parker, CO. The stand is exactly what I was looking for to go with my Natural wood floors. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the two swinging doors are hard to open after I put my Center Speaker on the top of the unit. This is causing the wood to bend slightly and the doors are harder to open. I took off the back of the unit to provide more air flow for my receiver that sits underneath and in the middle. I also removed the middle shelf. I'm very happy with the product though. I would recommend this piece.. Rick. Clovis, CA. Sat May 06 2023

Paneled doors with leather pulls add a touch of elegance. Natural wood grain variation enhances its rustic, timeless appeal.

The media console is beautiful! The wood color is darker than expected, however, it still looks nice in my space. However, I had one issue. The screws that are supposed to hold the inner cabinet shelves were not included by the manufacturer. Although I received a credit from Birch Lane for it not being included, finding a replacement has been very difficult. It is not a standard peg and has treads. That is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Currently the shelves are sitting in the closet while I hunt for screws small enough to fit, but strong enough to hold it all up.. Adrienne. Auburn, AL. Behind the four doors, a hidden drawer and shelves offer plenty of room to keep extra dishes and seasonal essentials neatly tucked out of sight. This sideboard is beautiful. Wood grain with a silverware drawer liner inside, nice hardware, and shelves to store your things. I love the height-hard to find in a sideboard and the soft curved edges. It's very pretty and I like how it looks in our dining room. HOWEVER, the delivery process has been a nightmare. The original delivery date was delayed from the initial 10 days to 28 days. Reason was it was damaged in transit. Then when it was finally delivered, white glove, the hardware was missing for the lower shelf. Customer service was called-shockingly, there was no expedited process given the hardware was missing and we have been waiting a month for the piece.. Naturally, it took another week before the hardware shipped and then it was a full 2 weeks before it finally arrived. AND IT ARRIVED TODAY BUT IS THE WRONG HARDWARE! How can this be so hard? When I asked for a credit for the inconvenience, I was told no. Sorry for you! I wouldn't order from Birch Lane again unless you want your furniture in a few months. Logistics are not their thing, clearly.. Andrea Vinson. California. Wed Sep 02 2026

Really nice looking, but I feel I overpaid. Good quality for the type of furniture. I dont think it will stand up in the long run. I wouldnt consider it kid or pet-friendly. Horrible quality. Drawers don’t close, veneer looks plastic. Red and white oak…. Everything is wrong…. The picture does not show how bad the coloring of this veneer is. If you buy this you will be disappointed ☹️. Anonymous. Thu Nov 13 2025

It looks very nice and has a nice satin-y (?) feel. It arrived with a few small but visible dings, which I would have been happpy to touch up with replacement paint, but Birch Lane replaced it with a perfect version.. Laurel. San Ramon, CA. Thu Mar 20 2025

This is a great cabinet however, there have been issues. The first one arrived damaged and Wayfair sent a furniture repair person to fix. It was too badly damaged and was replaced within three weeks. The second unit came in great condition, service was great however, upon further inspection, the touch-latch for the bottom drawer isn't functional. Hopefully an easy repair. Wayfair was notified and I'm awaiting a response. The client's room isn't quite complete but once it is, the cabinet will look great under the new 77" TV.. Nancy. Overland Park, KS. Thu Mar 05 2026
