The Cotesfield is a beautiful and well-designed seating group. I added an extra end table to make it a 6-piece set, which fits together perfectly. On a difficulty scale, I’d rate the assembly a 3 out of 10—it’s definitely a two-person job. With my son’s help, we had everything assembled in about 30 minutes, plus another 10 minutes to insert the seat and back cushions into their covers. The seat cushions are firm yet comfortable, and the back cushions are plush and supportive. While I don’t leave the cushions out in the rain, light moisture brushes off easily. For the occasional overnight exposure, I use a furniture cover to protect the whole set. Overall, my family is very satisfied with this purchase. It’s a great addition to our outdoor space.. Jerry. Very cute! Because of my space I ordered a chair and a loveseat. The experience was completely opposite between the chair and loveseat. Chair came super fast and I was able to assemble in 20min. I was very pleased with the fabric as I was a bit concerned from not being able to see it clearly in the picture from the website. Overall, I am skeptical it will last as rated (20yrs) because I am doubting it is teak. It is solid wood just maybe not teak. The loveseat experience was a nightmare- see my other review. Got it on sale. For the sale price, can’t beat the look. Looks and feels like much more expensive furniture. Sits low (that’s a good look). Comes together easy (not sure what one person’s comments about holes not lining up was about..need to not tighten too much until all screws are in people!). We would have preferred having some cushion color options. Delivery company (a sub) lost a sofa on the way. I didn’t discount a star since Birch Lane/Wayfarer sent another out quickly rather than playing games trying to find lost one (I’ve had another company do that to us once). Nothing but compliments.
