I purchased the chair in the Drusky Charcoal Sustain Basketweave fabric so it would last a long time. The color is fairly bland, so I have a colorful blanket thrown over the top pillow. I also plan to change out the pillow cover with something else as well. This chair is huge! I did all the measurements and was still surprised at it's size compared to the very large recliner I have sitting next to it! It's immediately comfortable, no need to break it in first. You have plenty of room to sit sideways or cross-legged. My large dog would love to take it over as his personal bed. I have a small ottoman/pouf that I can put in front of it for extra comfort as well. The side arms are tall enough that with the pillow you can lean against it to watch TV. My daughter lays with her legs hanging over the edge of the arm. For our small living room it fills adds another comfy option for seating against a wall where you might otherwise put a side chair.. This is a beautiful chair! It came fully assembled and well packaged. Its appearance is true to the description and online photos. The seat is deep and the chair is comfortable (although I only sat in it briefly). Unfortunately for me, the arm height doesn’t work with my kitchen table. The online measurement was accurate, so the arms do clear the apron of my table as I expected. The issue is that the arms slope up toward the back of the chair so if you push the chair too far under the table the arms will hit the apron and could cause damage.
