Assembly was straightforward, though it’s definitely easier with two people and a spacious work area. I used my large workbench and, with the help of my son, we worked from top to bottom without issue. Since the lounges are still new, I can’t yet speak to their durability in harsh weather. On my chaise, the drinks tray is a bit hard to pull out but it can be sanded to help it move . It’s not a great big issue. But wanted to mention.. The 78 in mattress works well with this chair.
