It features a powder-coated aluminum frame that is designed to withstand the elements, while the slatted arms feature a distinctive wood-look for added depth. These swivel rocking chairs are very comfortable; the cushions (Sunbrella) are thicker than normal and not too soft or firm. They swivel easily. The arms on it are perfect height; the metal base is sturdy and yet easy to move. Took away one star because the seat cushion is quite deep. I use either a lumbar pillow or a square pillow to shorten that depth.. S. Huntersville, NC. Thu Aug 13 2026

I'm pretty happy with the chair. It looks good and feels comfortable but I don't understand why the back leans back before the feet come up so I can never sit up and watch TV with my feet up. You have to be completely laying down in order for your feet to prop up.. Linda. Thu Jul 02 2026

Its smooth, back-and-forth gliding motion helps you rock your baby to sleep with ease, while the convenient swivel creates an inviting repose for both you and your baby

Great in appearance and sturdiness, however, it rocks really far back and it can make you feel like you're about to fall backwards (lol). Other than that, it's beautiful and even has a swivel option.. Anonymous. Wed Aug 19 2026

I look at all the popular and highly rated brands out there, then I found this one offered by Birch Lane. I read the reviews did some research and it appeared to tick all boxes. I was able to purchase it a very fair price and was also able to choose the color she was looking. Shipping took several weeks, but boy it was worth it!! It was gorgeous, extremely comfortable and all features operated perfectly. It’s been two months now and you’d be a fool if you pass up the chance to own one yourself.
