We just recd our sectional yeaterday (earlier than expected -awesome). It was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. We needed a specific size for a small area and this fits perfectly. We chose the color ‘Nomad Ink’ and its soft almost like a chenille. The cushions are THICK and slightly firm - I don't think we've owned a couch so comfortable right out of the box. The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts. I was worried that the tufted seams and buttons would be cheaply done, but there seems to be a lot of integrity with how it's made. This couch is massive and well-built. I would have loved to stage it in my remodeled basement but it’s not quite completed. Linen fabric is slightly off-white. More white than cream. Extremely solid and heavy. The ottoman is huge! Stitching is professional. Slipcover-style… looks like it will come off if I need to spot clean. Cushions have a nice loft, not hard but not soft enough to leave a seat print. Super deep seats, enough depth to spoon your partner in a bent- knee position. It’s incredibly comfortable. Very long.
