Unfortunately one pkg arrived open and damaged but, item was intact and pkg’d well. However, the pic is very deceiving; irregardless of the description it does NOT show a “PAD” but allows the buyer to assume that it could possibly be an actual mattress. Giving a false sense of what one will actually be getting. However, I found the pad to be thick, clean and was shipped quickly. Buyer beware that there is a hefty restocking fee, to return the item. Customer service was very expedient & nice via the ph as well as auto chat. Contrary to my conversation with them, they didn’t send a return label for both items. Shipping didn’t redirect the item contrary to the conversation; leading to inconvenience for me. Overall I’d recommend Birch lane but, they’ll only get 3.5 stars d/t mishaps.. Letha. Auburn, NY. Easy to put together. Did not buy with the dresser pictured so it is not secured as directed, but it sits perfectly on the Santos dresser.
