This sconce looks really nice by my living room entrance. As there was no indication it was for only a dry only location in the description, it was going to be installed outside, at my front door entry. It elevates my space and conveniently adds quick lighting and ambiance when the nights grow long once again. The sconces are stunning. I ordered them in gold with a black shade. Stunning ... but the gold is very, very shiny. The pictures online are misleading in this regard as the images appear as a brushed or muted gold rather than a highly polished finish. I'm still trying to decide if they are too shiny for the room..
