The dressers are beautiful and very well made. I am chiming in, because our delivery people originally refused to place them in the correct room also. It was up one flight of stairs, but directly at the top--nothing insane. It wasn't until my husband pointed out that the box had "white glove delivery" printed on it that they acquiesced and placed them in the correct room. I love the chair. It glides and swivels silently and effortlessly. Although the seat cushion is much firmer than I was expecting, it is a comfortable chair, and I love the recliner feature. My grandchildren love it as well. It seems to be a well made piece of furniture. The only thing I noticed that was not true to the instructions was the back flap on the chair was a little too short to reach the attaching velcro strip on the bottom of the chair.. Julie. I will update the review for the quality of the furniture but for delivery, its a bad experience. Updated - The recliners look great...no imperfections and the team at Birch Lane made it right by approving a credit to our original purchase price to make up for the initial bad experience.
