The chair is beautiful and well packaged. I love the way it looks in my office; however, I thought the seat would be thicker/better padded. I'm thin person, but it feels as if I'm sinking onto a hard surface when I sit in the chair as if I were heavier. I've had the chair for only 7 days and I've had to buy a seat cushion due to the thin padding. I hoped to not have to do that. The cabinet weighs 80 pounds so I had to hire a handyman to bring it to my house. $75 dollars later I ended up canceling a pretty dresser I ordered because I don’t trust FedEx to deliver to my house. Perfect for my coastal home. I have a small ocean view, and wanted something for the back room that picked up the blue ocean and sky hues, and this is spot-on. The product photos here on the website are absolutely accurate-probably more so than my photos, due to lighting issues. The rug arrived on time, and is exactly as pictured. Its more of a jute than a soft rag-rug type. The channels are sturdy, which I like. (feels like a foot massage, lol) I put a cushy felt pad underneath to give it a little more oomph. It was a little stinky on arrival, as many manufactured products wrapped in plastic are, so I put a fan on it for a bit and let it air out-no big deal at all.
