The delivery was very professional and the workers were polite, respectful of the sofa and my walls! I ordered a swatch of the fabric first which came very quickly. We just recd our sectional yeaterday (earlier than expected -awesome). It was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. We needed a specific size for a small area and this fits perfectly. We chose the color ‘Nomad Ink’ and its soft almost like a chenille. The cushions are THICK and slightly firm - I don't think we've owned a couch so comfortable right out of the box. The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts. This was our first online purchase of a couch and we have zero regrets. Birch Lane reps were also very helpful and knowledgeable. Worth the money!. James. North Tonawanda, NY. Thu Aug 29 2024

Very nice sofa. Sits firm and is deep. It is a nice soft white, not too stark but not yellowy. Arrived with some dirt marks on the corner, not the fault of the delivery people. I purchased two porter 62” loveseats in nomad snow chenille for my small living room. I love the look and the fabric is very soft and cozy. I like that for a compact loveseat, the seats are nice and deep for me to curl up on (I’m 5’10”) with my dog. I had to situate and steam the slipcovers a bit after delivery to make them look a little tidier but that was to be expected at this price and from reading reviews. The couches are light and I think the frames are pretty cheap (they twist easily when you lift one of the legs which I did to put floor protectors on the legs) so we’ll see how it holds up over time, but I do like them. The nomad snow is a very light/almost white linen color but has just enough beige woven in that I’m hoping it will hide mild dog hair etc and not be too much upkeep! So far so good and would buy again as it stands today!. Michelle. New Jersey. Tue Aug 25 2026
