I love my sofa. I give it 4 only because I have a huge problem with the fabric on one arm. The delivery man said just call and they will send a new one. After hours on hold they said there was nothing they could do. I was waiting to see if the fabric would straighten itself out. I waited 5 days and Apparently that’s too long. The driver even took a picture of the damage but that doesn’t matter. The 30 day return policy is a bunch of bull!. Toni. Joshua, TX. Sat Nov 22 2025

My leather medium blue sofa turned out well other than the back cushions which I felt were not filled well. Two of them were wrinkly and slouchy so I wrote to Birch Lane. The info was sent to manufacturer and they refused any changes. I then surprisingly received a call from Wayfair who tole me they would be forwarding a new sofa at no charge. I did much research about customer service before my purchase and I can vouch for the fact that Wayfair/Birch Lane STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. They have WON ME OVER and I will be sharing this info with all my friends from this day forward. TY so much to them.. Diane Bonnie. Bradenton, FL. Sun Sep 06 2026

I love the low profile of my sofa. The construction is study. It is the firmest sofa I’ve ever had, which is perfect for my back. Love the high arms as our tv is diagonal so I lean back comfortably when watching tv or on my phone. Bonus it is a sleeper sofa which I did not realize when I ordered. This sofa is NOT bulky or oversized but it is just for me and my dog and I am a small person. It is VERY low profile. The back hits at about my armpits which is perfect. Sit I sit on it long wise it is my arm rest. I love everything about it.. Crystal. Claremore, OK. Thu Jul 30 2026
