Very nice sofa. Sits firm and is deep. It is a nice soft white, not too stark but not yellowy. Arrived with some dirt marks on the corner, not the fault of the delivery people. It was wrapped so must have happened at the factory. But it came out with a little Dawn and water. The delivery guys did an excellent job.. Susan. Traverse City, MI. Tue Jun 09 2026

We just recd our sectional yeaterday (earlier than expected -awesome). It was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. We needed a specific size for a small area and this fits perfectly. We chose the color ‘Nomad Ink’ and its soft almost like a chenille. The cushions are THICK and slightly firm - I don't think we've owned a couch so comfortable right out of the box. The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts. This was our first online purchase of a couch and we have zero regrets. Birch Lane reps were also very helpful and knowledgeable. Worth the money!. James. North Tonawanda, NY. Thu Aug 29 2024

I waited to write a review for this couch to see if it would hold up to 2 grandchildren jumping on it, especially my 6-year-old. This couch is fantastic. I absolutely had to get it slipcovered, in 100 cotton fabric, because of the same reason - - Grandchildren. This sofa exceeded all expectations and I'm very pleased with it. It appears to be well-constructed and solid. The cushions are full and spring back into shape after you stand up. I was worried that the tufted seams and buttons would be cheaply done, but there seems to be a lot of integrity with how it's made. The only change I'm going to make is to find different pillow coverings, to provide some depth and contrast. But otherwise I'm very happy with this purchase.. Sarah. Darnestown, MD. Tue Jun 14 2022

I love my sofa. I give it 4 only because I have a huge problem with the fabric on one arm. The delivery man said just call and they will send a new one. After hours on hold they said there was nothing they could do. I was waiting to see if the fabric would straighten itself out. I waited 5 days and Apparently that’s too long. The driver even took a picture of the damage but that doesn’t matter. The 30 day return policy is a bunch of bull!. Toni. Joshua, TX. Sat Nov 22 2025
