Really unique cabinet, looks great with my coastal decor. Sturdy but light. The doors are a little less sturdy than I would like so you just have to be careful when you open and close them. This piece is absolutely gorgeous! Our house has lower ceilings, so it looks much bigger than I imagined, but still looks stellar. It holds more than I thought it would, and really helps to pull our bedroom together a bit more. It is HEAVY! Thankfully the delivery guys were able to get it in the general location I wanted it, but I had to move it in order to get it anchored to the wall. I understand why the one delivery guy was acting put out and irritated. Having pieces that have arrived damaged in the past, I made sure to go over it with a fine-toothed comb and it was in excellent condition. Contemplating buying another one for a different room in our house…. Alexandria. Reno, NV. Thu Jul 23 2026

Worn Oak

Crafted from worn oak for a found, heritage look, naturally beautiful cabinetry offers generous storage space by way of roomy shelving and four lower drawers.

This is easily my favorite purchase from Birch Lane. It’s expensive, but after seeing it in person, I think it’s worth every penny. This is the kind of substantial, beautiful piece of furniture that you keep for years and eventually pass down. I currently use mine in the kitchen for additional storage, and it’s incredibly spacious. It holds a surprising amount while still looking like a beautiful piece of furniture rather than just a storage cabinet. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent, and it has so much character. I genuinely enjoy just looking at it. If you’re hesitant because of the price, I was too—but this is one purchase I absolutely do not regret.. Ash. Sacramento, CA. Mon Aug 10 2026
