Giving a false sense of what one will actually be getting. However, I found the pad to be thick, clean and was shipped quickly. Buyer beware that there is a hefty restocking fee, to return the item. Customer service was very expedient & nice via the ph as well as auto chat. Contrary to my conversation with them, they didn’t send a return label for both items.
