Cushions have a nice loft, not hard but not soft enough to leave a seat print. Super deep seats, enough depth to spoon your partner in a bent- knee position. It’s incredibly comfortable. Very long. Absolutely love this piece of furniture for the outdoors. Beautiful light teak wood with solid cushions. Sits great and it’s very long which is a plus. I like that I can take the cushions off and wash the covers when needed. I would definitely recommend. It did come in damaged on one side but manufacturer is making it right. I have been work with the manufacturer and Wayfair on the replacement that came in damaged from day 1 and still they have put me on the back burner. Not happy with either on getting this resolved.. Update: Unfortunately, we were sent the same incorrect power cord for the reclining chairs. My husband did end up finding one online that worked. I will upgrade my stars to 4 because it is working correctly. Would have given this 5 stars if the issue was resolved through wayfair, instead of on our own. Not working completely. All the major parts came in and this wasn't hard to put together. I am not 100% liking the velvet material and hoping it won't stain easily. This is larger in dimensions than our previous couch. Not as plush, but longer and taller. Unfortunately, there is an issue with the connectors for the armless chair (center) and the left arm chair. Working with customer service to resolve the issue. Disappointed that the corner piece and additional pieces are no longer available to purchase anywhere. Reserving my recommendations once the connection for the left arm chair is resolved.. Teresa.
