I have scratches on my hands and up both forearms from “trying” to unwrap cords completely tied around each section of the tree. Instructions - “tree sections may be wrapped in electric cords, unwrap cords first to begin setting up tree. That is as far as I made it! The simple response is “Impossible to do”. In addition, the tree branches look nothing like a tree. The material looks exactly like what it is plastic. I have had beautiful artificial trees in the past and this is not one of them!!! GORGEOUS CHRISTMAS TREE! I was so super nervous about ordering this tree because, while the good reviews were good, the negative reviews were pretty bad. And with our large living room with high ceilings, we need the 9' tree so it was not an inexpensive purchase. I think a lot of times this type of purchase can be a hit or miss . . . just like with cars, there's gonna be a lemon in every lot. With all that being said, I spent about 3 hours last night unpacking and fluffing. For the very first time, I set up and fluffed ONE section at a time (this big monster has 4 sections). The result is THE fluffiest fullest artificial Christmas tree I have ever seen! With the variation of branches along with the different sizes and colors of the pinecones, it is just beautiful.
