All Le Creuset products are great; both beautiful and functional. This product came in perfect condition. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I think Birch Lane should list the grill pan as 9.75 in. in its header, instead of using the 11 in. Most other stores listing this same pan note the cooking surface measurement of 9.75" in its header/main listing, as that's what's important. It's a little deceptive to use the 11".. McN.
