These chairs are made from solid eucalyptus wood, which is naturally weather- and mildew-resistant, so it's great for outdoor furniture. Eucalyptus has a warm brown tone that weathers to a silvery-gray color over time. We recommend oiling these chairs with teak oil if you want to maintain the brown tone. Plus, each seat comes with an olefin cushion that stays put with included ties.
