This two-piece side chair set is a key ingredient in any dining room with its quality materials and slatted back that speaks to its craftsmanship. Each dining chair's legs and frame is built from reclaimed solid wood in a gray-washed finish that's distressed and rubbed through to highlight the natural wood grain. The seats are wrapped in polyester upholstery, stuffed with thick foam fill, and supported by kiln-dried mortise and tenon wood that resists sagging over time. We love how this side chair set looks when paired with a farmhouse dining table with a Persian-style rug layered underneath.
We really like the design, and finish of our new kitchen chairs. However, I could mention one issue to future purchasers...although these are "padded" chairs they sit very, very firm. If you are replacing wooden Windsor Chairs like we did, they do "sit' slightly softer but not much better than wood bottoms. They are definitely not like our padded dining room chairs.. Carl.
