Also the haphazard way the torn bubble wrap covered the tree was unprofessional looking. Not cool to get a second-hand product, but the tree itself is fine. That is why I assign it 4 stars instead of 5. The tree looks nice and the lights work. Definitely will require an extension cord since the plug is very short. The description indicates the branches are hinged. They are actually wired and must be bent down. I truly hope that next year when I set the tree up I am more pleased with it than I feel right now..
