I am just now sitting in the chair for the first time as I write this - really comfortable right out of the box...and this thing looks even better in person. The assembly took about 10 minutes if not counting time to deal with the packaging. All of the materials and moving parts seem to be very good quality. I am sure this office chair is going to last for quite a lot of years - a huge upgrade from the box store stuff. As with all real leather furniture, it will get even more comfortable over time.
