I just received the pillow a few days ago, so I'm still getting used to it. My initial feedback is similar to other's, in that it does take a few tries to get used to it. This mattress is in our guest room. After much searching, and reading so many reviews, this mattress seemed to tick off all the boxes for me. It was extremely well packaged, arrived in excellent condition, and was manageable for me to set up on my own. Wool products are quite resistant to dirt and stains and can be easily cleaned.
