These knifes making cooking so easy. The cut through meat like butter. Have had them sharpened only once. Well worth the money!!

Great kitchen knife, part of a larger collection. Mainly use this knife for cutting larger portions of meat, i.e. brisket, roasts, loins, etc. The convex indent between the blade and the handle helps with a good grip and helps food fall off the blade when dicing.

Excellent knife. If you require great quality knives and don't mind paying the price for them, this is one to consider. Very well constructed. EZ to hold on to when chopping, etc. Great product.
