Song Bird Personalized Garden Sign

The garden sign was beautiful..great quality...was sooo pleased..gave it to my husband for his birthday..he loves to work in our yard..our yard is beautiful and the sign made it perfect

Shipping date changed three times. I ordered well over a week. Item arrived way past arrival date on website, this is the fault of the vendor.

This was originally going to be a one star review. My order got caught in a feedback loop on Birch Lane's order system, and my order got delayed 4-5 times before I reached the sole customer support person who could investigate and tell me what actually happened (the other people said the product was on backorder - it wasn't. They also said they couldn't guarantee my order would be canceled). I had to cancel the order and resubmit it so that the supplier (top notch work, by the way!) could receive my order request. In the meantime, Birch Lane had happily accepted my money. I was a bit miffed, since each delay added two weeks to the time. I don't know if I'll ever order from this website again, but my order did come in and is of sturdy and beautiful quality, and the supplier deserves 5 stars for how they fulfilled my order once they actually were given it. Birch Lane's order system could use a bit of an update, I think, but FedEx did surprisingly well, and the sign came in wonderfully robust packaging (the sign was vacuum-sealed to cardboard inside the box to prevent the possibility of paint chipping, and it came disassembled from the stake to prevent damage to the stake). Five stars to Whitehall (the supplier), five stars to that customer support person, and two stars to Wayfair's order confirmation system.

Excellent quality! Should last forever

I’m really happy with the construction and finish of the plaque. It’s actually more of a heavy duty plaque than I expected, a pleasant surprise.

Really lovely sign! The back is just a little hard to attach, particularly the top screw. With slight work on the back, this sign would be perfect. It feels very durable and looks great.
