What arrived looks very different than what is in the picture. In the picture the pillow is flat. The pillow I received is fairly "poofy," almost like a bed pillow, with the center being much thicker than the sides. It may flatten out a bit with time and with use but wasn't what I expected. My dog hasn't really used it yet because it's kind of hard to walk on and settle in, not at all like other dog beds (and I have three others that are totally different styles) but we'll see...
