We researched several vendors selling address plaques. Birch Lane was one of several options. However, the information, pictures, customer reviews, and most importantly, pricing made our decision to go with virtually an easy one. After we ordered, we had a need to review it and customer service was outstanding. We received The customized items one day earlier than stated. We installed the plaques ourselves using the instructions and materials provided. An overall wonderful experience.

Sadly, I had to return this item. The plaque itself was nice quality, but the word spacing was way, way off. Unlike the many postive review photos :-( The two words should be centered and the spaces on left and right should be even.

Good value for the price; production and delivery was quick for a custom piece. The signage is clean and straightforward, it’s large enough to easily see from the street, while appropriately fitting the house.
