The headboard is sturdy and nice. I have an older bed frame and the holes did not match up well. It would have helped if extra bolts would have been included that were needed to attach the frame (normal pass through bolts do not work as the holes in the headboard are not through the legs). The parts list said the bolts were 3/8 inch but the 3/8 I got at a hardware store did not fit.

Really impressed with the solid wood construction. This headboard is very heavy, which to me speaks highly of its quality and sturdiness (but you may need help moving it around). The painted finish is perfect and even. The only thing that I might call a negative is that the holes to install it to a standard metal bed frame are mis-aligned and there is no way to tell before you order it what type of bed frame will fit. We made it work by drilling new holes in the headboard

I bought just the headboard because the footboard that normally comes with it was not available. The "headboard only" was discounted and not the full amount that the headboard + footboard would cost. It looks so nice. I would definitely buy from Wayfair again (and I have bought again).

Its adorable. I ordered the whole bed and only the bed shipped. Contacted wayfair and even during COVID, they sent me the headboard immediately with no problems. Wayfair customer service is impeccable! The bed and headboard are gorgeous.. Kaylee. Sneads Ferry, NC. Tue Aug 18 2020
This classic panel headboard showcases a louvered design for a traditional look in your little one's bedroom. The square frame is crafted from a blend of solid and engineered wood with a weathered brown finish and purposeful distressing that complements farmhouse aesthetics. Its two legs are designed to easily attach to your existing bed base. Plus, it arrives fully assembled, so there's no need to break out your toolbox. This headboard also comes in a variety of sizes that best suits the size of your mattress (not included).
