Beautiful insert! I gave it 4 and not 5 stars because I was a tiny bit disappointed with the “fire sounds”. They aren’t very realistic. BUT the flame looks so good - can’t wait for cooler weather so we can “fire it up”!

I love it! It looks like realistic logs during the day. And in the evening the glowing embers and flame effect look very realistic and amazing. I’m do agree with others that the crackling sound is not realistic so we don’t turn it on. The other thing we did was place a small metal can (altoids can) under the back side to lean it forward a little, so the flames shoot higher. That is a personal preference though.

We absolutely love it! It’s so much better in person than we thought it would be and especially for the price. The flames look so good and we love the fact that it has a remote control. I would highly recommend.
