Tyson Desk

I ordered this desk that came with white glove delivery where they carry the box to the room of your choice, assemble (if needed) and take the packaging away. The 2 delivery men carried the box to the room but refused to assemble the desk and take the packaging away, claiming they are not Wayfair and didn't have time even though they acknowledged the invoice had white glove delivery. So, I put the desk together. It basically comes in 4 parts (the top, 2 sides and lower back piece that fits into the 2 side pieces. The instructions refer to the pieces as A, B, C, and D yet the pieces are labeled random letters (R, L,...) but it's not difficult to figure out which piece goes where and it's not hard to put together IF the 2 side pieces fit but they don't so it's impossible for more than 2 screws to fit (one on each side). To compound the problem, the hole in the side of the top piece is oval and the screw is circular. The desk is unstable and unsafe, especially for a child. I've called a carpenter/handyman to come and widen the oval hole so the screw can reach the side pieces. Not happy.
