I love the cushions! They are beautiful! Unfortunately they are 2” bigger than the specs state. They are suppose to be 27” x 27” and They are actually 29” x 27”. I purchase 4 other seat cushions and pillows and they are all correct accept the love seat cushions. I will keep them because they are unwrapped and the rest is lovely but I will have to pay someone to correct the size of the cushions!

This was terrible purchase they sent 8 sets of the wrong size cushions including one set we requested a replacement. The return process was terrible and we have still not been able to return all the product due to getting valid shipping labels. Would not recommend buying from Birch Lane.

The cushions themselves are beautiful but the description is misleading. Instead of getting two sets of cushions, you get two total cushions…one seat cushion and one back cushion. Luckily customer service was able to make it right but if you’re counting on two sets, you will be disappointed. And for the price, it’s a terrible value not to get two sets.
