The first set I got they sent the wrong size bottom cushions. Customer service was great. They sent out the correct size before they even got the incorrect ones back. I don't have a problem with mistakes, we all make them. I have a problem if they don't handle them properly. Birch Lane handled it perfectly!!! Great job on the customer service side!! And I love my cushions.. Lisa. Crossville, TN. Thu May 14 2026
