Carlos Electric Fireplace

Overall, this is a nice fireplace and I’m happy with how it looks in my space. The design is clean, minimal, and exactly the aesthetic I was hoping for. Unfortunately, the assembly process was frustrating. One of the panels was mislabeled, so I had to spend extra time figuring out where each piece belonged. On top of that, one of the screw holes was manufactured incorrectly, which meant I couldn’t install a screw properly because it simply didn’t fit. I could have returned it, but this was already a replacement shipment after my original order was lost in transit. At that point, I didn’t want to go through another lengthy return process. While the finished product looks great, I don’t feel the quality control matches the price point. For the amount I paid, I don’t think there should be issues with mislabeled parts or improperly drilled screw holes. It’s a nice piece once assembled, but the manufacturing and assembly experience left me feeling that it wasn’t quite worth the cost.
