Overall I’m sure it’s a very solid made piece - unfortunately the cartridge inside that regulates the temperature failed - I wasn’t getting any hot water in the shower - Moen sent a replacement but still having temp issues - just now sure how to further correct Still issues have 4 replacements and now may have to open up entire shower wall to replace as there are no hot showers all winter long What a disaster - how hard is it to get this thing to work ??
