The first set I got they sent the wrong size bottom cushions. Customer service was great. They sent out the correct size before they even got the incorrect ones back. I don't have a problem with mistakes, we all make them. I have a problem if they don't handle them properly. Birch Lane handled it perfectly!!! Great job on the customer service side!! And I love my cushions.. Lisa. Crossville, TN. Thu May 14 2026

This 3-piece set of seat and back all-in-one cushions completes your modern patio sofa for ultimate relaxation on the porch or in the yard. Each has a 5'' thick interior insert made from a foam blend for just the right amount of support. The design features an acrylic Sunbrella fabric cover with piped edges, available in a variety of hues, that's removable with a quick zip for easy cleaning. We love that this upholstery is specially created to be resistant to weather, UV/fading, and stains for holding up to everyday use. Make sure to measure your sofa when selecting a size (based on availability).

True to measurements listed in the site. Great quality. Cushions are firm for support and back pillows are soft and full. The color on the website looks a little more beige than the actual. Looks a little more grey to me in person but that works great for our setup.. Robert. Prosper, TX. Thu Apr 16 2026
