What Customers are Saying

Customers are highly satisfied with the product's realistic appearance and good quality, noting it enhances their living spaces. Many appreciate its value for money and suitable size, with some finding it a perfect fit for their decor. However, a common point of feedback is that the included pot is too small and not aesthetically pleasing, often requiring customers to purchase a separate, more decorative planter.

Love it!!! Far from looking faux just like other reviews had shared. Yes it does take some time to spread the branches and leaves but I found doing it relaxing and therapeutic. I think it looks great in our kitchen and would highly recommend. One small downfall was the pot had a chip in it but Birch Lane rep made it all copasetic with no issues and I placed it in a larger pot for esthetics, which I think makes it look even better❤️

I love it! Very nice quality, looks real. I’m super happy with this purchase! I had to fan out the branches & leaves when it arrived as it comes wrapped fairly tight. It took me about 15 minutes to fluff it up.
